In many articles the “play rules” within organisations are discussed. These rules and the way the game is played is determined by men. If women want to pursue the higher positions in the organisation it is important for them to know the differences between men and women in the behaviour and course of actions. Not for women to adjust, but to play the game in a strategic manner.
During the workshop participants will see the different perspective of men and women towards different situations. What is the underlying pattern and what influence does it have to the unwritten rules of the game of carrier making or effective influencing. Participants are challenged to discuss the question of which unwritten rules are influencing our company?
