Your Team Training

During this training, you will learn the art of ‘pearl fishing’. As a manager of a team it is important you recognise special skills and talents within the team and how to activate and deploy these talents. Thus improving productivity and well being. These insights are also important when leading a project and/ or leading interdisciplinary/ international teams. You learn by using the basics of Talent Scouting how to bring hidden talents to the surface and how to develop them to improve and optimise the results of your team.

  • how to spot talents in your team
  • how to develop those talents

Personal 1-on-1 coaching

It is also possible to have a tailor-made one-on-one coaching session. You decide on the topics and content of this session together with the trainer. The coaching session is set a convenient date and time for both you and the trainer.
